The heavy bag is the closest thing I&#039;ve found to the best of both worlds.  It gives you a killer cardio workout but simultaneously gives you plenty of weight to build a wide range of muscles.  It is also pretty handy if you&#039;re ever cornered in a dark alley.]]></description>
