The Internet connection on all cruise ships is very slow. It’s not high speed, so if Skype would work, it probably wouldn’t work well. Internet access also can’t be guaranteed. I’ve been on ships where it wasn’t working for a day or more. Most ships offer a way to print from their computers, but not fax or scan. Although they probably do offer those services, it can get pricy.

We need to use our laptop for skype. You listed business center services here on this list above. What does that entail? And do you think the internet connection is good enough for skype?
