En route to commence his summer tour, Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter James Taylor sailed with his band and crew as well as with his wife, children and mother during Queen Mary 2’s June 19 eastbound Transatlantic Crossing. He met with fans, answered their questions and put on an exclusive concert.

Part one records the Taylor family’s embarkation and enjoying the sailaway out of New York Harbour, as well as Taylor’s comments about the opportunity to rehearse and perform during the voyage in preparation for his ten-week European tour.
